Successful collaboration between xcelsior and Lattelecom has resulted in the creation of "Mettropole", a modern office that is open, mobile and suitable for diverse workplace scenarios. The layout of the former closed-type office, in which an employee is attached to one workplace, was changed conceptually into a space where one can choose the most suitable place for executing any specific professional duties. Two types of desks are used: platforms that can host up to 14 workplaces and desks for individual work. Workplaces are equipped with desks in two levels: desks at a traditional height and desks with adjustable height, or fixed high desks. Both floors of the office provide diverse opportunities for formal or informal meetings.
